We want you to be completely satisfied with PassBorder. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for your purchase. All amounts are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
If you purchased a PassBorder Personal License and the App does not work as described, you may request a refund within 48 hours of your purchase date. The refund amount will be the purchase price minus the value of any AI credits consumed, calculated at 2.5× the per-credit rate of your purchased pack to reflect AI inference and operational costs.

Credit packs are refundable within 48 hours of purchase. Consumed credits are deducted at 2.5× their per-credit rate to reflect AI inference and operational costs.

We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method in CAD and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
Before requesting a refund for a technical issue, we encourage you to contact our support team at support@emptiness432.ca. We are committed to resolving technical issues quickly and will work with you to fix any problems with the App.
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company without contacting us first, we reserve the right to disable your license key and deny future purchases. We ask that you contact us first — we are happy to help resolve any issues directly.
